Today we went to Agra on the train we had to get up at 4 to catch the early train. Breakfast was on the train and wasn't as good as the dinners I've had on there! Once arriving in Agra we visited Agra Fort, it was interesting to learn how it was built and we could see the Taj Mahal from there. It was time for lunch and we got a chance to go to Sheroes Hangout, I was excited to go here as I had a recommendation from other who had been. This is a restaurant run by survivors of acid attacks. It was sad to hear about their stories and great to hear what they have got out of this charity. Here is a picture with the group and the waitresses we had today.
After lunch it was nap time so we where refreshed for the Taj Mahal after a very early start. I loved visiting the Taj Mahal again as there where less people and I got to see it in a different light. The design is so beautiful, we had a wonder around and found a lovely quite spot to see the sunset on the Taj Mahal. The colours in the marble looked phenomenal and the sunset was undiscribeable.
I managed to spot some huge bats flying around before we headed out for dinner, they where so memorising.
